
Tara Sobeck-Espinoza
Tara Sobeck-Espinoza is a native of New Jersey. Her professional credits include the Broadway Tour of "Bye Bye Birdie" starring Tommy Tune & Ann Reinking. European Tours of "West Side Story" & "Cabaret". Regional Theater productions of "42nd Street", "Hair", "Brigadoon", "La Cage Aux Folles", "Oklahoma", "The Music Man", "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers", & "A Wonderland on Ice". She was a featured dancer for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Tara was a member of the award winning Hip Hop Dance Team "Reebox Rush" for the New Jersey Red Dogs/Arena Football League (3 years), as well as the New Jersey Gladiator Dancers. Her TV credits include: "Club MTV", "The Latin Connection", "As The World Turns", "Guiding Light", & various commercials. Film credits include: "The Horse Whisperer" & "The Pallbearer". She has also worked the runway as a shoe model, and appeared in a national print ad for Purina. Tara has choreographed numerous High/Jr High School musicals, for which her choreography has been nominated for the prestigious Metro Awards. Her choreography for dance competitions has been awarded Top Scores, Overalls, Title Winners, and Special Awards. Tara is certified through Dance Educators of America- The Leader in Dance Education & Acrobatic Arts.
Maggie O'Rourke
Maggie O'Rourke grew up dancing and competing with Dance Mgt/TDTA. She is also a former competitive gymnast. No stranger to the stage as well, she has performed and been nominated for a few of her roles in shows such as "Sweet Charity", "Sugar Babies" and "High School Musical". Maggie is a graduate of Springfield College, where she was captain of her award winning hip hop and jazz competition teams. Her credits include dancing professionally with the Westchester Knicks & New York Lizards, as well as working with the New York Liberty Torch Patrol, NY Streets & New York Jets Launch Crew. Maggie had the pleasure of working with "So You Think You Can Dance" world renowned choreographers Tabitha & Napoleon in the opening number for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. She's currently a backup dancer for Italian artist, Biagio, and most recently was a performer in "The Big Test Stunt Show" at Legoland, NY. Maggie's TV/Film credits include: "Marry Me" & "I Know This Much is True". She is well versed in all styles of dance, and is certified in Acrobatic Arts: Level 1, Level 2, PreSchool, & Handsprings/Aerials.
Sarah Henrici
Maura Dilone





Sarah Henrici began dancing with Dance Mgt/TDTA at the age of three. Her passion for dance continued to grow throughout her nine years of competing. Sarah was given many featured roles and special awards for her acting abilities. One of her favorite parts about dancing is having the opportunity to express emotions and tell a story through movement. While in high school, Sarah was a part of NVOT's Kinesis Modern Dance Club. Throughout her time in Kinesis, Sarah took on the role of vice president for two years before progressing as president her senior year. She choreographed and performed numerous routines for their annual showcase. Her choreography was also featured at the Bergen County Teen Arts Festival. In 2018, she was invited to perform in the All-Star routine at Hall of Fame's Nationals in Virginia Beach. Sarah is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She will be beginning her fourth year as an instructor with Dance Mgt. Sarah is well-versed in all styles of dance, but her favorite to perform is lyrical. She is very grateful for all the wonderful lessons and opportunites she has gained from growing up at the studio. Sarah now loves sharing those lessons and her passion for dance with all of her students.

Maura Dilone first joined Dance MGT/TDTA in 2008. Shortly after, she was invited to the studio's competition team and was competing in multiple styles of dance all across the east coast. She also experienced incredible performance opportunities with the studio including DanceFest at SixFlags as well as half-time shows and opening numbers for the New York Knicks and New York Liberty Basketball teams. While in high school she began assisting and teaching her own classes at Dance MGT/TDTA. In 2014, she helped co-found the NVOT Kinesis Dance Club and had also participated in the Radio City Rockette's Summer Intensive. Maura is a recent Montclair State University graduate, where she majored in Accounting and minored in Dance. While at Montclair, she concentrated her dance technique in Ballet and Modern but continued to expand her knowledge by taking other classes in New York City. During her freshman year of college, she was co-captain in The Alison Owusu Experience, an independent pre-professional dance company, where she was able to explore her artistry as a contemporary/modern dancer. She is excited to come back to Dance MGT/TDTA and share all that she has learned so far.

Kayla Healey

Kayla Healey began dancing with Dance Management / TDTA at the age of five. She continued to dance with the studio as a student until her high school graduation, dancing for 13 years. During that time she learned many different styles of dance, such as ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theater. Her favorite type of dance to perform is lyrical. Kayla has performed in school productions and often received featured dancing roles in the shows. She began assistant teaching at the studio in her early years of high school. As a result she grew to love the art of teaching dance. She is now a junior in college at STAC studying for her degree in communications. Ever since graduating high school she has been an instructor at TDTA and has taught a variety of classes such as ballet, hip hop, jazz and tap. She is very excited at the opportunity to teach more styles of dance in the near future. Over the years she has been an assistant competition coach for the younger TDTA Company Competition Teams. She loves working with them, and is so proud of all of the growth and accomplishments they have achieved. Her passion for teaching continues to grow each year as well as her love for her students and her craft. She is extremely grateful for the positive environment that the studio provided to her throughout her childhood and now into her adult life. The studio is like a second home to her, and the other teachers and students like a second family. Kayla cannot wait to continue her teaching journey in the years to come.
